Welcome to Dr. Renú! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dr. Renú. Dr. Renú operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). Dr. Renú is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

The following terms, together with any policies referenced here (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights and cover matters such as disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access the Services.

1. Access and account

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the state or province where you reside, and that you have consented to allow any of your minor dependants to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity in your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.

2. Our products

We make every effort to represent our products and services accurately in our online stores. However, product colours or appearance may differ from what you see on screen because of the device you use and its settings and configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or provided in our online stores.

Product descriptions may change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographical region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Dr. Renú reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Dr. Renú confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to process cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you through the email address, billing address or telephone number provided when ordering.

Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect when the order is submitted and will be stated in the order-confirmation email. For EU consumer orders, displayed product prices include applicable VAT. Any delivery charge and the final total are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices and availability depend on the selected market.

Prices in our online stores may differ from prices in physical stores or online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer promotions that affect pricing and are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms take precedence.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for purchases from our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address, credit-card numbers and expiry dates, so we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit-card information you provide is true, accurate and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use the card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred will be honoured by your credit-card company; and (iv) you will pay charges at the published prices, including shipping, handling and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery to Bulgaria takes up to 2 business days, and delivery to other EU countries takes up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery may be affected by transport delays, customs processing or events outside our control. Any terms concerning delivery, title or risk of loss are subject to mandatory consumer law and do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, belong to Dr. Renú, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by US and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit use of the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit materials from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided here, nothing in these Terms grants a licence or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of Dr. Renú, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorised use may violate federal and state intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by Dr. Renú.

The Dr. Renú names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Dr. Renú, its affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without prior written permission. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are Shopify trademarks. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Optional tools

The Services may provide access to third-party customer tools that we do not monitor, control or operate.

You acknowledge and agree that access is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you understand and approve the terms on which the relevant third-party providers make them available.

We may offer new features through the Services in the future, including new tools and resources. Such features are also part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain material and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties, including embedded third-party functionality. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites you access. If you leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.

We are not responsible for harm or damage relating to your access to third-party websites or your purchase or use of products, services, resources or content from them. Carefully review third-party policies and practices before entering into a transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Dr. Renú is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Dr. Renú. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Dr. Renú, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Dr. Renú.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to the Shopify Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in other countries to provide services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed compensation or incentives received in connection with it; and (iii) it complies with these Terms. We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it or respond to it.

We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or violates a party's intellectual property or these Terms.

You agree that Feedback will not violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. It must not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene content, computer viruses or other malware affecting the Services or a related website. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person or mislead us or third parties about the origin of Feedback. You are solely responsible for Feedback you provide and its accuracy. We accept no responsibility or liability for Feedback posted by you or a third party.

12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product-shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, change or update information, or cancel orders when information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not, directly or indirectly:

Use the Services for an unlawful or malicious purpose, or violate international, federal, provincial, state or local rules or laws.
Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of others.

You also agree not to upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code affecting the Services; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of them; collect or track others' personal information; spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; or interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services, related websites, other websites or the internet. We may suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to all or part of the Services at our discretion at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to and including the termination date.

The provisions on intellectual property, Feedback, termination, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, waiver and entire agreement, assignment, governing law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, will continue to apply.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general information only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or usefulness. Reliance on it is at your own risk. We disclaim liability arising from reliance on such material by you, another visitor or anyone informed of its contents.

Unless expressly stated by Dr. Renú, the Services and all products offered through them are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions limit or prohibit exclusions of implied or other warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Renú, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them, or any claim related to use of the Services or a product, including errors or omissions in content, or loss or damage resulting from use of the Services or content or products posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through them, even if advised of the possibility.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dr. Renú, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities or third-party claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms or documents incorporated by reference; (2) your violation of law or a third party's rights; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim, although failure to notify does not release your obligations unless it materially prejudices you. We may control the defence and settlement at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle a claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate with the defence, including providing relevant documents.

18. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable part is severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

19. Waiver and entire agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms and policies or operating rules posted on this site or concerning the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, governing your use of the Services and replacing prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications and proposals, including previous versions of these Terms.

Ambiguities in interpreting these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

20. Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt is void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them. Applicable consumer jurisdiction rules are not restricted by these Terms.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

23. Changes to the Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of these Terms on this page at any time.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website. You are responsible for checking the website periodically. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law, and changes take effect on the date stated in that notice. Continued use of or access to the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
